Genie's Acquisition
The Genie app is going to shut down. All customer access ends on
August 31, 2025 at 23:59 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
After that, the Genie web app and Shopify integration will no longer be available.
They have asked customers to export anything they need before that cutoff.
All Genie users are affected: Free, Monthly, and Annual. If any of the Shopify stores are connected to Genie,
you'll be impacted and lose access on 31 August, 2025.
There is no grace period. Once Genie shuts down, accounts are no longer accessible.
Please export in advance. We can help you get started in Prediko in less than a week.
