Let’s answer some FAQs
Can Prediko import my suppliers directly from Stocky?
No. There is no tool that pulls data from a Stocky API key automatically.
Prediko's tech team runs a one-time snapshot migration using a token you generate and hand over.
What you lose permanently if you do nothing
Your supplier list (names, contacts, addresses, lead times, MOQs, payment terms, all behind the dying API), your PO, stocktake and cost history as a queryable system, and the ability to reconcile Prediko against Stocky's side of the story after 1 September.
Is the supplier migration a one-time job or an ongoing sync?
One-time. Once the snapshot runs, changes made in Stocky do not flow into Prediko. Stop editing Stocky once you have handed over the token.
Can I import my historical purchase orders into Shopify?
No. Shopify's PO CSV upload only adds product line items to a new draft order. Statuses, received quantities and supplier links do not survive the import.
What happens to my Stocky data after 31 August 2026?
Stocky and its API shut off. Shopify keeps a read-only window of at least 90 days, to roughly 29 November 2026, for manual downloads only. The API does not stay alive.
Does Prediko replace Stocky's demand forecasting automatically?
No. It is not a very easy swap. Prediko will pick up your sales history from Shopify and will generate a demand plan for you.
Can I recreate my open purchase orders in Prediko myself?
Yes, optionally. Once the supplier and warehouse already exist in Prediko, you can recreate the outstanding quantity as a draft purchase order, with the original Stocky PO number preserved. No supplier is contacted automatically.
