Nati Boutique uses Prediko to restock 10 stores with minimum /maximum transfers, track inventory in transit, and run every purchase order from one place, after switching from Stocky.

About Nati Boutique

Nati Boutique is a family-owned women's clothing boutique known for casual, comfortable, and affordable everyday styles, from stretchy denim and lightweight linens to relaxed tees and statement dresses.

Founded by Anat "Nati" Winston, the brand started with a single shop in California.

Today, Nati Boutique runs 10 stores across Los Angeles, New York, and beyond, with new merchandise arriving every week.

Challenge: Restocking 10 stores with Stocky and manual processes

Every Nati Boutique location is different. Storage capacity and sales velocity vary from store to store, so each one needs its own restocking rules.

Before Prediko, their planning was manual, with data pulled from different places. Setting a min/max meant entering it by hand for every SKU at every location. This tedious, time-consuming work grew with each new store.

The biggest blind spot was inventory in transit. Stock headed to the New York stores could take 4-7 days to arrive, and it wasn't counted until it was received.

That meant inventory totals were never fully accurate.

Purchase orders had the same problem. Creating a PO was mostly data entry, with no product or SKU context in view.

And with Stocky shutting down, Nati Boutique needed a new home for one of the most crucial parts of the business.

Why Nati Boutique chose Prediko

Nati Boutique evaluated several inventory management solutions before choosing Prediko.

Two things made Prediko the clear choice. First, Prediko uses Shopify as the source of truth for inventory, so there’s no second system to reconcile. Second, it could restock stores using min/max values while showing units in transit, exactly the gap the team needed to close.

Support mattered just as much. Switching software for such a core part of the business is a risk, and they felt backed by the Prediko team from day one.

The move from Stocky was smooth. And unlike Stocky, Prediko gave the team more flexibility, with customized views and workflows that better matched how Nati Boutique actually manages inventory.

Solution: One system for transfers, POs, and multi-location visibility

Today, Prediko sits at the center of Nati Boutique’s inventory operations across 10 locations. The impact is clear

1. Min/max transfers built around each store

Inventory transfers are a major part of Nati Boutique's daily operations. The team restocks each store based on its own min/max values, so capacity and sales velocity are built into every transfer.

Prediko identifies which locations need stock most and recommends transfers accordingly, helping inventory move where it’s most likely to sell.

Default min/max values per location replaced hours of manual, SKU-by-SKU setup. And the team can now generate transfers for multiple stores at once and edit them all from the same window.

2. Full visibility into stock in transit

In-transit units used to be invisible until they landed. Now they show up directly in Prediko, so inventory totals reflect what's actually on its way.

The transfer window also surfaces the context the team never had before, that is, units in transit, units sold over a chosen period, and min/max values, side by side.

For the New York stores of Nati Boutique, where deliveries took longer, that visibility has made the transfer process much faster.

3. Purchase orders that go beyond data entry

Nati Boutique has now created hundreds of POs through Prediko and the biggest change is how much more context and flexibility the team has while working on them.

Instead of using POs mainly for data entry, the team can now see product and SKU-level information directly inside the PO workflow. That makes it easier to answer questions in real time, especially during meetings when they need to switch quickly between an order-level and product-level view.

The team has also made its PO process more efficient with:

  • Custom tags and filters to organize POs around their own workflow.
  • Location-level distribution to split orders across stores.
  • PO duplication to create similar orders without starting from scratch.
  • Clear PO statuses to track where each order stands with a vendor and what documents or information are still needed.

4. Label printing straight from a PO

Stitching together different apps for everyday inventory tasks quickly becomes a pain. With Prediko, Nati Boutique can print and customize labels directly within the same workflow they use to manage purchase orders.

Printing barcodes straight from a PO is especially useful when new stock arrives every week, saving the team an extra step each time.

5. Every location in one view

Prediko’s Inventory page has become the team's quick reference. Hovering over a SKU shows stock at each location and which POs are on order.

Units sold over a period sit in the same place too. Instead of piecing data together from different sources, everything is in one view and easy to digest visually.

A Smooth Transition From Stocky with Real Impact

After the Stocky shutdown, Nati Boutique moved to Prediko and got more than a replacement.

They joined 50+ brands that have successfully upgraded to Prediko. The transition was smooth, and the team gained a broader set of inventory features that improved day-to-day inventory operations.

"Having a default min/max per location is a time saver for us, previously we had to manually input a min/max for every SKU which was extremely tedious and time-consuming."

"Having the ability to see 'in transit' units is HUGE. This was a blindspot/headache/manual component for us before."
