Challenge: Scattered sales & inventory data across 10+ stores
To manage sales and supply chain, 4Endurance used a mix of Shopify reporting, third-party apps, and internal spreadsheets.
While workable, this setup created some limitations
- Sales data had to be reviewed store by store, making it difficult to see the full picture
- Google Sheets required heavy manual upkeep and were difficult to adapt once configured
- Supply chain workflows were largely manual
As the brand ventured into new markets and expanded across more fulfillment locations, these processes became harder to maintain.

This immediately reduced the need to monitor each store individually and made it easier to spot trends across the business. “Prediko is really, really good at combining this data and then being able to separate it,” added Žiga.
2. Sell-Through Rate Report to inform restocking decisions

Prediko’s Sell-Through Rate Report helps the 4Endurance team understand how much inventory is sold over a given period and supports restocking decisions.

The intuitiveness of Prediko’s reports also contributed to early adoption beyond operations, particularly within marketing. “Many people in marketing started to appreciate the reports because they’re really easy to use and very useful,” shared Žiga.
So if the sell-through rate is low, the SKU health shows overstock, enabling the marketing team to proactively run promotions and bring in demand.
And if the sell-through rate is high, the product risks stockouts, allowing the operations team to confidently reorder based on Prediko’s recommendations.

3. Bonus win: Improved internal data structure
Beyond reporting and visibility, implementing Prediko helped 4Endurance reveal gaps in its internal data structure, particularly around how products were segmented across stores.
“By starting to use Prediko, we realized we need to tighten our internal structure,” Žiga said.
Introducing clearer product types and a more consistent data structure made it easier for teams to analyze products and highlighted the importance of maintaining clean, standardized data across the business.
